Kang Min-hee is one of the 7 Enders of the present generation. She possesses the Ghostly Yin Transforming Root. In every cycle, she transforms into the Holy Ghost Guiding Mother.

Kang Min-hee is one of Seo Eun-hyun's colleagues that transmigrated with him. In Earth, she would always avoid Seo Eun-hyun. In all cycles, she was taken by the Black Ghost Valley due to her body possessing the Ghostly Yin Transforming Body Root.

In the 13th Cycle, Kang Min-hee mastered the Ghost Path Method and controlled billions of ghosts. However, it was revealed that around the year 500, she took in too many ghosts and went crazy. She went on a rampage and engulfed the entire Black Ghost Valley, metamorphosing into a monster of the level of Star Shattering and becoming a monster called the Ghost Guiding Holy Mother.

Because of Kang Min-hee alone, one-fiftieth of the Bright Cold Realm was covered with the land of death. During the subjugation war that took place 1,000 years later in the 13th Cycle, the figure depicted was completely out of human form.

Background

Earth was already experiencing some kind of abnormal phenomenon. Min-hee could see 'shadows' from a young age, and her mother believed that she was possessed by a ghost. As she grew up, the ghost gradually became stronger. Afterwards, when Kang Min-hee became a high school student, the shaman realized that the shadow she was seeing was not her ghost but Kang Min-hee herself.

When she joined SJD Company and the shadow disappeared, she was relieved and became loyal to the company. She became obsessed with Seo Eun-hyun, who secretly took good care of her. In order to satisfy her longing for a relationship, she even dated Seo Eun-hyun.

Ghost Guiding Holy Mother

In the 18th Cycle, it was revealed how Min-hee became the entity known as The Ghost Guiding Holy Mother. Kang Min-hee went into the side path between the Black Ghost Valley and the Nether Ghost Realm, and she found many souls of children who were killed by the Black Ghost Valley. She decided to liberate all the souls captured by the Black Ghost Valley, comfort them, and guide them to the afterlife.

Kang Min-hee is deeply in love with Seo Eun-hyun. On Earth, they started dating since both of them were new hires and were fascinated by office romance. She tries to make Seo Eun-hyun break up with her only because her Shadow attempts to harm him. After Kang Min-hee broke up with him, Eun-hyun describes the memory with Kang Min-hee as full of longing. After this, they had a relationship as "frenemies".
