Overview
Shi Ho made his debut in Chapter 2 of the Manhwa. In the early cycles, he took a single limb from Seo Eun-hyun and his group as payment for living in Ascension Path. In later regressions, Kim Young-hoon used him as a "punching bag" to train.
In the 19th Cycle, it was revealed that he ascended to the Ancient Force Realm with the Buk Hyang Fleet and was in love with Seo Ran. However, Seo Ran couldn't accept his love because he was a male.
Shi Ho is said to be extremely talented to the point that he reached Core Formation by just the Heaven and Earth spiritual energy on Ascension Path. He would exact a price for living in the ascension path from every being.
Appearance
Shi Ho is a white-furred fox that lived in Ascension Path. In his fox form, Shi Ho is around a two-story house tall, with multiple tails and piercing red eyes. He also possesses a humanoid form with white hair, fox ears, and traditional robes.
Personality
He killed those who disrespected him and looked down on the weak with arrogance. As the strongest on the ascension path, he had never met an equal, until the ascension gate opened.

- Shi Ho (始狐) literally means "start/beginning fox."
- Kim Young-hoon nicknamed him "Baduk" and also referred to him as "Gi" (棋).
- The Ascenders (The Azure Tiger Saint, Sir Byuk-ho, and The White Ghost Bone Devil) killed Shi Ho and all the monsters of Ascension Path to make it safe for a decade in the earlier cycles.
